Kitchen mixer tap is loose, no leaks or plumbing issues. I just can’t reach the nuts to tighten (also don’t have the right tools)

Toilet runs a little bit & gurgles after flushing. Toilet flushes as normal with no back fill of water or obvious blockage ect

Check and report sound like water pipes vibration, may need securing pipe bracket/s under house which is on piers. Also remove water purification system from under kitchen sink. Install a pre purchased water mixer.

When i turn on the kitchen tap in the sik it leaks
