Need to change my kitchen water tap.

Fix leaking shower. Replace cartridge.

I need new laundry cabinets and bathroom vanity designed and installed.

Toilet button broken. Need replaced and fixed.

I’m installing a floor washer with water inlet and outlet hoses, but the water connection is leaking, I can’t tighten it properly. Need someone with plumbing or handyman experience to come today to fix or reinstall the connection. Please bring tools and sealant/tape if needed.

I need a plumber to fix an outdoor water pipe where an old tap was removed. The threaded end of the galvanised pipe is exposed and rusted (see photos). Need to cut and replace so we can put our new tap on.

Dishwasher is turning on - water is drained, it is clean , water not coming out of hose to the dishwasher

Must be licensed. Rheem 250L hot water tank no longer working. Unit is about 12 yrs old so probably due for replacement. Open to you sourcing tank, or I can have tank delivered and you just do the change out old to new. Please make clear in your quote if it is with or without tank and if so the tank brand. Current tank has no tempering valve. Over flow goes outside to pipe coming out wall. Existing unit is in garage on a pallet which is on a concrete floor.

Need two shower heads replaced, one with a upwards bar attached. Kitchen sink needs tightening
