Spare bathroom: Water is visibly seeping/dripping from underneath the mixer back plate while the shower is completely turned off. This is the main concern and is shown in the attached photos. This shower is very rarely used, so the water is not residual from shower use. Ensuite: I have also noticed some moisture around/underneath the mixer back plate. This shower is regularly used, so I’m unsure whether this is residual water or whether the second mixer may also have a leak. I’d like this checked at the same time. I’d like the source of the leak identified and repaired to prevent potential water damage behind the wall. Ideally looking to repair the existing mixer/s where possible rather than replace unnecessarily. My upstairs toilet is blocked. It will flush, however, when I flush it a few times in a row the bowl fills up and takes a few minutes to drain away. The block is obviously connected to the shower and basin drain in the same room, as I can hear the gurgling through the pipes. I think the toilet probably just needs to be plunged/pumped with something more powerful than what I own.

I have a blocked toilet that is not flushing properly. Two toilets seem to have water continuously running and are slow to refill. Some grime and water pooling at base of main toilet. Sewerage odour has been observed as well. There is also a leaking kitchen sink tap that may need to be replaced. This is at our property that is currently tenanted. No photos sorry.
