Bought a new mixer tap ( same as the current one); also got the mixer tap extensions).

Looking for someone experienced with bathroom plumbing/fixture installation. Need the following completed in my bathroom: * Remove existing leaking basin mixer tap (approx. 14 years old) and install new Mondella Overture chrome basin mixer (already purchased) ⚠️ Existing tap has an ongoing leak around the tap/faucet body/handle area. * Remove and replace existing basin waste/drain with new 32mm pop-up basin waste with overflow (already purchased) — replacing with a newer matching style while tap is being replaced (current waste still functional). * Potentially replace a second basin waste if straightforward (happy to discuss onsite / quote separately) * Tighten/fix a wobbly toilet seat while onsite Notes: * Existing vanity plumbing is accessible under the sink. * New tap and basin waste already purchased and ready to install. * Please bring standard plumbing tools and any consumables if needed (plumber’s tape, silicone, washers etc.). * Would prefer someone experienced with basin mixer and basin waste replacement.

Fix leaking shower (spindle issue) My shower head is slightly dripping continuously even when turned off. I’ve identified that the issue is likely coming from the tap/spindle (handle area), not the shower head itself. The handle has been removed and the spindle is exposed for reference for photos. Looking for someone experienced to: • Inspect the issue • Replace O-ring and/or cartridge/spindle if required • Stop the leak completely I’m happy to cover the cost of any small parts if needed. Prefer someone who has done similar fixes before.

Two toilets seem to have water continuously running and are slow to refill. Some grime and water pooling at base of main toilet. Sewerage odour has been observed as well. There is also a leaking kitchen sink tap that may need to be replaced. This is at our property that is currently tenanted. No photos sorry. I have a blocked toilet. I tried to plunger it but no success, tried with a plunger and with a mop. The toilet is on the second level of the residential house.

Slight continued flow in the toilet — it seems like the water valve at the back isn’t fully closing. The unit is quite old, and I’d rather not replace the whole thing at this stage. It looks like water keeps dripping into the bowl because the float mechanism at the back doesn’t completely seal or lock shut.
