Leaking tap, probably need a new replacement

Pipes leak. Bathroom not used before. Repair or replacement based on advice.

We are having the flooring in the kitchen and living area replaced. The task is to disconnect a new under bench free standing dishwasher and move it onto a deck 5m away from the kitchen on the same level. Then reinstall the dishwasher after the flooring is in. It may be necessary to remove the dishwasher top if it no longer fits under the bench top.

I need someone to uninstall this filtering machine and reinstall old rental tap. Also, would like to have this system reinstalled into my new apartment please. Ideally to be done today.

I need a plumber for the following. 1. Replace the bathroom basin with a new one, the new basin fits on the same footprint + new tap and plug installed. Fit the existing faucet back for the new basin. 2. Replace the shower head with a new one. 3. Replace the kitchen tap with a new tap.

Replacing old toilet seat with new seat - standard toilet

This job needs 1. Replace tap (there's only one cold tap) 2. Fix - it's really hard to shut the tap off all the way and water still come out throught the tap spout. Mini tap under the basin can control or shut the water off completely but I need a good flow through tap spout.
