I would like to replace them with one single kitchen mixer tap with a pull-out spray hose. Scope of work: * Remove the existing two separate taps * Install one new single-hole kitchen mixer with pull-out spray * Connect hot and cold water * Install/replace any necessary isolation valves and adapters * Check for leaks and make sure everything is working properly I will supply the new mixer tap myself. Could you please provide an approximate labour + plumbing materials quote, including any necessary valves, adapters, hoses and fittings? Please also let me know if you next available time. P.S. the middle hole might need to be cut as the pull out spray tap minght need a biger hole to fit. Thanks.

Located in Port Kennedy. My shower won’t stop leaking or trickling water and it’s getting bloody annoying. I don’t think it’s a huge job, just needs someone experienced who actually knows what they’re doing (not a plumber necessarily, just handy and confident with this kind of thing). Toilet is leaking from the base of the pan onto the bathroom floor. Water pools around the base after flushing. Suspect a worn wax seal / pan connector between the toilet and the floor outlet. I was away for several weeks and upon returning to my ground floor apartment (built in 1960s, bathroom renovated in the past decade) I discovered the washer in my cold shower tap has worn out. The cold water can no longer be turned off completely (currently keeping my apartment’s water supply off when not required) I need someone with all necessary tools and experience to replace the washer.
