My kitchen tap is loose and wobbly (the tap itself, not the hoses). It needs to be tightened from underneath. In addition, the hot water does not run to this tap although it works perfectly everywhere else in the apartment. The issue seems to be the hot water hose for the kitchen tap but this will need to be confirmed on-site.

A wet wipe is stuck in the shower fan exhaust, which is accessible from the side of the house, approx. 3.5m from the ground and on a slope. The wet wipe was sucked up from the inside of the shower, and seems to have caught onto the fan.

Hi, after a licensed plumber to clear two blocked drains in Mosman. 1. Kitchen sink — blocked, backs up within 5-10 seconds of running the tap. I’ve already pulled apart the PVC under the sink and couldn’t find anything blocking there so presumably it’s deeper. 2. Bathroom sink — separate to the kitchen, but also clogged and draining slowly.

Kitchenette Tap is leaking from Cap, I need to have it replacement. I have bought replacement. It just needs to be installed. That may involve removing the copper pipes and using the flexible hoses that comes with the new tap. Have provided photos of the setup.
