Source replacement shower head and install

Change 2x shower tap washers. Job requires isolating water mains. Unscrewing taps, replacing old washers. Shouldn’t take longer than 30-45 minutes. Washers need to be supplied.

One of the pump pipes for our pool is leaking. I have already excavated the site providing access to the pipe. Now just require someone with plumbing expertise to fix the peaking pipe.

The existing mixer tap at kitchen sink is leaking. We have bought a very similar new tap. Remove old tap and replace with new one. The hot and cold valves are accessible under the sink

The drain in the downstairs bathroom sink is blocked. We have tried drano to unblock it but with no success.

Holder arm is loose. It just needs someone to scrape the Holder off the wall as I believe it’s glued, and then reattach it after screwing the arm tighter

Hi! Both my shower drains are clogged. I already tried supermarket drain cleaning products, but the water is still draining very slowly and backing up into the other drain. I think the issue might be a blockage in the shared drain line (not just the surface trap). Looking for someone with the right tools to clear it properly.

Water Purifer - above the sink, on the kitchen tap. A smaller valve - see image 1 is needed to connect to the kitchen sprout. The rest of the parts are there and easily connect. Espring Module - is on youtube.

The hot water tap started running and won't stop. Have taken the handle off, but the fixture seems to have lost the ability to turn off. Maybe a washer has deteriorated? I don't know?

1) I have a new under-the-counter wash basin to replace the current one in the bathroom. 2) The wash basin taps needs new washers. 3) The kitchen sink taps needs new washers. 4) The tap for the cistern needs new washer. 5) The main tap for the water supply to my home unit needs new washer. Items 4 & 5 require the main water supply to the unit block to be turned off, but if this is too complicated then those two items are not essential and can be left out.
