My shower keeps dripping from the head even when both taps are turned off. • I have already replaced the hot water washer, but the leak continues. • The hot water spindle looks newer/different (replaced at some point before), but the cold water spindle seems old and possibly stuck/glued in place. • When opening the hot side, I noticed some rubber band–like material around the spring. • If required, I’m also fine with replacing the whole spindle or tap — just let me know first. I’ve tried to fix it myself, but have only got as far as removing the silicone and trying to remove the taps. However, the taps themselves are quite old and I don’t have a tool that can fit the middle for removal. Trying to get an idea for quotes! I have an old toilet that has water constantly flowing into the tank from the bowl (circled in blue). I have taken a picture of the water tank from the top as a reference. Additionally, I also need to have the toilet seat from the same toilet replaced with a new bidet toilet seat. Instructions for the new toilet seat have also been provided.
