I need to get a new tap installed on kitchen sink.

Hi there,I need a qualified plumber or experienced handyman to repair tap on my bathroom basin. The tap is loose at the base and wobbles when used.

My shower leaks every time I use it

My shower head is leaking and I have turned both tapa off hard and it still dribbles, I need someone to repair this

Fix leaking shower (spindle issue) My shower head is slightly dripping continuously even when turned off. I’ve identified that the issue is likely coming from the tap/spindle (handle area), not the shower head itself. The handle has been removed and the spindle is exposed for reference for photos. Looking for someone experienced to: • Inspect the issue • Replace O-ring and/or cartridge/spindle if required • Stop the leak completely I’m happy to cover the cost of any small parts if needed. Looking for someone to inspect and unblock a toilet that is draining very slowly.The toilet is not completely blocked, however when flushed the water rises close to the top of the bowl before slowly draining away. A plunger has already been used without success.

Two toilets seem to have water continuously running and are slow to refill. Some grime and water pooling at base of main toilet. Sewerage odour has been observed as well. Running water sounds from toilet. Sounds like tank never gets full. I'm not sure 100% but it's not leaking out, there's no mess.

I have a blocked toilet. I tried to plunger it but no success, tried with a plunger and with a mop. The toilet is on the second level of the residential house.

Slight continued flow in the toilet — it seems like the water valve at the back isn’t fully closing. The unit is quite old, and I’d rather not replace the whole thing at this stage. It looks like water keeps dripping into the bowl because the float mechanism at the back doesn’t completely seal or lock shut.
