I have a tap which the sprayer has broken and I need to replace the tap with this model I have already purchased . the tap should be like for like and no parts should be required . Water keeps leaking out of my shower every time it’s used. The glass screen has a small gap between the panels where water escapes. I just need someone to inspect it and fit a proper seal strip or adjust the existing one to stop the water from coming out. No replacement needed, just a proper fix to make it watertight.

There’s a leak at the base of the toilet where it meets the drain. The wax seal or rubber ring seems to have failed. Need a licensed plumber to: Turn off the water supply Remove the toilet base Clean off the old wax seal/ring from the flange Install a new seal Refit the toilet and reconnect the water supply Test to ensure there are no leaks Please bring all required tools and materials. We have a blocked toilet which is draining very slowly. Also we have had a watet leak near the bottom of the toilet, this has happened a couple of times this year and only seems to happen after heavy rain. This is a in wall toilet located in Watsonia.

Our toilet is blocked and needs to be unclogged. Have tried plunger already but doesn’t work. First time clog due to trying to flush too much toilet paper.

I believe something has clogged the toilet pipes, as now on a semi regular basis sewage-like fumes will begin to come out of the toilet. It seems to happen at different times of the day. I do not know if there is something that can be poured down the pipes or another way to fix it, I have tried bleach several times.
