The mixer tap spins but no water comes out. It started to over spin before it finally broke.

Install a kitchen mixer tap. Current setup is with hot and cold taps. The sink hole will need to be cut to fit new mixer tap. I’ve included photos which show what needs to be done. If you need other information just let me know.

I need help fixing a leak coming from the base of the kitchen mixer tap. When the tap is turned on, water drips down through the hole where the mixer’s hoses pass through the sink (see photo with the red arrow). We’ve recently noticed moisture under our floating vinyl floorboards in the apartment. I have a shower leak, some days ago I tried epoxy regrouting myself but it seems that did not help. As it was not very clean and if anything it might have changed a few things. The base of the shower now has a little dip . The shower has brick walls and is 1x1 mt square...small shower. Perhaps regrouting and redoing those tiles would help and maybe waterproofing that part of it. Let me know pls Here is some additonal information : OK SO THIS WOULD NEED RETILING TOO as the walls are retiled before ( there might have been a board underneath that) , so that needs to be removed, waterproofed and retiled. I have added some additional photos, which show you how the leak is coming on the exterior of the shower wall. Let me know now pls and also how many days do you need. 2x toilet cisterns require fixing. 1 just needs to be connected properly to the flush plunger. The other has water running continually through to the toilet bowl. Easy access to both.

This time is blocked really bad and plunging work at all and I need a plumber that use that snake thing to declog whatever is down the pipe. We have a blocked toilet which is draining very slowly. Also we have had a watet leak near the bottom of the toilet, this has happened a couple of times this year and only seems to happen after heavy rain. This is a in wall toilet located in Watsonia.
