Water leaks from under the sink. I take a screw off and pull the tap off tried to see what's happening. Then I found that the while ring was broken(pls see the picture). I didn't know what to do, so put it all back together but it now leaks even worse, the water is not running, all are leaking... please help me out

Hey there. Looking for someone who can fix my leaking shower head - has been giving us a headache for a while now! I’ve tried to fix it myself, but have only got as far as removing the silicone and trying to remove the taps. However, the taps themselves are quite old and I don’t have a tool that can fit the middle for removal. Trying to get an idea for quotes!
