I bought a toilet tap cock. Had trouble attaching it. Also discovered a slow leak from what think is a toilet seal.

Toilet and sink are not blocked but when taking a shower, the toilet and kitchen sink will make some water bubbling noise, so I guess the toilet might be half blocked?
