Looking for a licensed or experienced plumber to replace my existing bathroom hot and cold taps with a single basin mixer tap. The existing vanity basin will remain. The two existing tap holes can be covered with suitable chrome or white cover plates/caps, while the mixer tap will be installed in the centre hole. I have already purchased a replacement shower hose. However, I’m unable to remove the existing connection because the nut is extremely tight and I don’t have the proper tools to loosen it. I need a technician to remove the old hose and install the new one.

The shower hot water tap had a leak. I replaced the spindle. I reseated the seat and replaced washers and so on. I eventually noticed a small crack in the seat itself. I purchased a seat cap( none threaded) which also failed to stop the leak.

Hi, my shower leaks for awhile. Also, my tap in the same bathroom would leak after about 30 minutes after showering, not sure if they are related. I got a plumber to come look but although he changed the tap, the other tap starts leaking... so I'm not sure if they are connected or not.

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair a leaking shower mixer, and check a second shower for a possible similar issue. Spare bathroom: Water is visibly seeping/dripping from underneath the mixer back plate while the shower is completely turned off. This is the main concern and is shown in the attached photos. I have a blocked toilet that is not flushing properly. Two toilets seem to have water continuously running and are slow to refill. Some grime and water pooling at base of main toilet. Sewerage odour has been observed as well. There is also a leaking kitchen sink tap that may need to be replaced. This is at our property that is currently tenanted. No photos sorry.
