im hoping to get kitchen wall taps converted/plumbed for a mixer tap, around the current faucet location (centre of the room). the kitchen has been ripped out, and the tiles around the taps have been removed, so the (brick) wall is accessible - see photos. the tile cement comes off pretty easily too... the current location of the waste should be fine (unless it needs moving)... the place is an old ground floor apartment in springvale, and these would be the original taps (1970s...) the price is negotiable, as i imagine it might be a bit messy/involved... i am also considering connecting a dishwasher/washing machine next to the sink (on the side without the pipes...), depending on how much extra it costs

1. The shower head keeps leaking hot water even when the hot water tap is fully turned off. 2.There is constant dripping into the toilet bowl from the flush tank. This seems to be caused by worn out washers that need replacement.

A leak has made the bedroom and hallway carpet wet which we think is coming from the shower so need this resolving. We’re also considering upgrading our toilets so would like a recommendation on which ones we can get. Removal and install would be a new task.

Fix leaking shower (spindle issue) My shower head is slightly dripping continuously even when turned off. I’ve identified that the issue is likely coming from the tap/spindle (handle area), not the shower head itself. The handle has been removed and the spindle is exposed for reference for photos. Looking for someone experienced to: • Inspect the issue • Replace O-ring and/or cartridge/spindle if required • Stop the leak completely I’m happy to cover the cost of any small parts if needed.
