Hi, I need someone experienced with progressive mixer taps to check my wall-mounted bathroom basin tap. The issue is that when I turn the mixer towards hot water, the water flow becomes very strong and the temperature gets very hot quickly. It is difficult to control the hot water safely and accurately, and the basin fills up very fast during normal use. I am renting, so I am looking for someone who can check if there is a practical solution without replacing the whole tap/mixer, if possible. Please let me know if you have experience with this type of progressive mixer and if you can help diagnose or adjust the issue.

Rod connecting mixer tap to sink needs to be adjusted so that swivel handle turns to correct side for hot or cold water. I have removed the steel plate, rubber and bolt connecting tap to sink. Rubber most likely needs replacing.

My shower leaks every time I use it

My shower head is leaking and I have turned both tapa off hard and it still dribbles, I need someone to repair this

Fix leaking shower (spindle issue) My shower head is slightly dripping continuously even when turned off. I’ve identified that the issue is likely coming from the tap/spindle (handle area), not the shower head itself. The handle has been removed and the spindle is exposed for reference for photos. Looking for someone experienced to: • Inspect the issue • Replace O-ring and/or cartridge/spindle if required • Stop the leak completely I’m happy to cover the cost of any small parts if needed. Prefer someone who has done similar fixes before.

Both shower heads leak so thinking probably the washer in one or both taps needs replacing

Shower tap leaking water

Looking for a handyman or plumber to replace a leaking shower head in my bathroom. The current shower head is dripping continuously and needs to be removed and replaced with a new one. Tasker is to provide the shower head.

Looking for a qualified and experienced plumber to assess and fix a suspected leak coming from our shower. Issue details: Water appears to be leaking behind the wall (possibly from the shower head or taps) Water is coming through the skirting board on the outside of the shower wall No obvious visible leak inside the shower itself Additional request: Inspect the shower door and advise on / install improved sealing to prevent water escaping the shower (currently some water exits during use)

My shower head won’t stop leaking despite closing the taps… tightly. We already have washers, we just need the leaking stopped.

Shower taps are leaking from shower head when screwed tightly closed. May be older style needing something replaced in taps as new shower head has been put on so is tap issue. Happy with taps not actually being replaced ascetically so just looking for repair to the leaking problem

I need some general plumbing works completed: 1. 4 x caroma toilet flush pipes and seals replaced. 2. Replace washers in 4 bathrooms, showers and taps. 18x washers to be replaced. Please supply and install the correct items. Invoice required. Must be licensed.

1. Dishwasher: old unit has been removed. New Samsung unit has been purchased (photo of the empty space in kitchen plus screenshot of the new Samsung unit is included). Hi, I need someone to attend today if possible to inspect and hopefully fix my blocked toilet in North Melbourne. The toilet is clogged and there is also a small amount of water leaking from the base onto the floor.

After flushing the toilet, the tank does not refill properly. Water keeps running but the tank cannot hold water. The water continues to flow and sometimes leaks from the flush button area.

Toilet emptying very slow and filling up quite high. Used a plunger a few times but not fixing the problem.

Toilet flush not working for 2X Toilets. Water running constantly unless I completely turn off the tap (which stops it filling). I have attempted to replace the valve seal but this didn't seem to do anything. I suspect that it will require replacing flush valve or inlet valve although not sure. These are classic 90's Caroma Toilets.
