Scope of work: Remove and replace 8 mixer taps (including kitchen mixer tap) Install 1 water filter tap Notes: All new taps/fittings will be supplied by me. Install a zip tap by a plumber

I have a aluminium nozzles which I want to put a thread inside the end to be able to screw a 25mm brass BSP fitting into At the moment I’m just grinding of half of the thread of the brass fitting and slotting it side and using Locktite to hold in place

Cold water connection tap can be taken off cold water inlet to hot water service. Cold water pipe can be pinned to wall as it’s in a cabinet and not visible. Connect tap and outlet pipe for outdoor barbecue. Hot water and cold water pipes and drain ready for tapping into. Very easy and quick job. Great access to both areas.

Leaking tap in the bathroom

The floor drain grate is missing. I’d like the floor drain replaced or grate put in exisiting floor drain that fits (tools required).

Bathroom basin waste is leaking. The rubber washer has failed and needs replacing. I’ve tried to loosen the locking nut underneath but it’s very tight and the waste spins, so I haven’t been able to replace the washer myself. There is easy access under the basin. Looking for someone experienced with basin wastes and small plumbing fixes.
