Scope of work: * Plumbing for a wall-hung vanity * Install and connect a toilet * Plumbing for a walk-in shower * Relocate the existing vent pipe into the wall * Relocate two existing pipes into the wall, as shown in the attached photos * Convert the required existing copper pipework to PEX * Complete both rough-in and final fit-off * Test all plumbing and provide the required compliance certificate The job is located in the townhouse and in the first floor The plumber must be fully licensed, insured and experienced in bathroom renovations.

Install a zip tap by a plumber

Needing someone to come out and look at our shower/bath combo. When the shower is on water pours out around the bath flooding the bathroom. I'm needing a solution

I have a aluminium nozzles which I want to put a thread inside the end to be able to screw a 25mm brass BSP fitting into At the moment I’m just grinding of half of the thread of the brass fitting and slotting it side and using Locktite to hold in place

Cold water connection tap can be taken off cold water inlet to hot water service. Cold water pipe can be pinned to wall as it’s in a cabinet and not visible. Connect tap and outlet pipe for outdoor barbecue. Hot water and cold water pipes and drain ready for tapping into. Very easy and quick job. Great access to both areas.

Help remove a washing machine on boat and install a washing machine, carry washing machine out of boat, help moving new washing machine onto boat, I anticipate 30 min to remove current washing machine and 30 minutes to install, maybe less to install.

Leaking tap in the bathroom

The floor drain grate is missing. I’d like the floor drain replaced or grate put in exisiting floor drain that fits (tools required).

Bathroom basin waste is leaking. The rubber washer has failed and needs replacing. I’ve tried to loosen the locking nut underneath but it’s very tight and the waste spins, so I haven’t been able to replace the washer myself. There is easy access under the basin. Looking for someone experienced with basin wastes and small plumbing fixes.
