Im after a handyman or plumber to fix a leaking shower head which is coming from the taps at the wall I believe. The hose needs to be replaced, but this isn't causing the leak. Also have a toilet which is constantly trickling which needs to be fixed as well. I have purchased shower hose and head if required.

We received a report when we purchased the property that there was a leak, so an inspection by a tradesman was conducted, and provided the following remarks: Upon inspection we found lifting sealants, floor & walls separation, wall & wall separation, deteriorated grout within the floor, missing grout around waste / drain section, gap inside waste, where it meets the pipe, we suspect there will be gaps or missing grout below the shower screen, gaps between screen, shower screen track fills up with water, leaking from corner of screen, overall the above listed issues are allowing water to penetrate below the surface of the tiles, as there is moisture outside the shower area we can presume that the waterproofing membrane beneath the tiles has failed. Photos are attached for reference, requesting a quote from qualified tradies - preferably those that can do a bathroom rebuild and can fix/repair/replace possible damage to timber frame behind wall from leakage. The shower is leaking from the shower head

I think it’s the shower that is leaking downstairs. My regular plumber is busy until next week and it needs to be looked at asap. Also want a connection for a washing machine put in next to the dishwasher upstairs But the main issue is the shower that’s urgent.

Our toilet has a blockage. I have flushed it about a dozen times with bleach, drain cleaner etc. it is clean clear water however the water does not drain, it’s draining very slowly.

Toilet has come out of the wall off of its mounts and has caused a small leak/ overflow from the changed height - need fixed asap - essentially just needs to be reattached to the drywall and the pipes should be okay then

Water comes up through the wax seal after toilet flashing. I suspect there is a blockage in the pipe.
