needing an expert opinion of someone that has a background or is qualified in bathroom fixtures and fittings We have lived in our apartment for 3 years, and our lease has come to an end. As our property manager was conducting a property inspection, they have concluded that we have caused damage to our bathroom sink. We have lived there for three years and there has always been hairline cracks in the sink, which we have noted (but never thought to report) and were not on the official moving in report- but we have noticed have got worse over time. Our landlord has stated that we have caused this damage by dropping something extremely heavy from above the sink…(not sure what she thinks we keep above the sink) and pay over $1000 to replace (she has already sent us the invoice for payment).
