Replace a kitchen sink mixer

have a kitchen mixer tap handle stuck so cannot change the cartridge needs fixing ir replacinh

I just want to connect a new mixer tap to my kitchen sink. I am just getting price estimates for this

Replace 2 taps. One in bathroom and one mixer tape in kitchen. Also run a line and fit a tap from ground floor to 1st floor. I have all the taps, but do not have the pipe required to run up to 1st floor. I am flexible as to when the job is done.

The tap on my kitchen sink is leaking and needs replacing. I can purchase a tap at Bunnings, or you can supply if you have reasonably priced quality tap. See photos attached. Licensed plumbers only.

The mixer tap in the shower is now quite old and not so easy to adjust the hot/cold/water pressure so I think the mixer cartridge needs replacing. ideally, just quote me the labour cost and I can pay you on the day for the materials (i.e. part(s) needed). Thx

The shower is leaking even the water tap is fully close

Found the leakage from the shower, even after re-sealed the shower with silicone caulk.

Shower is leaking into room below… need to grout waterproofing and siliconed up.

Shower drips non stop. Is a rental property so not much we can do with the actual shower arm but if it’s not fixable we can reach out to the landlord… Assume if any parts needed that would be added onto cost which is why it’s currently low.

have an issue with the wastewater in the rear bathroom. The toilet is almost overflowing and there appears to be water coming up through the floor when using the shower. Property is freestanding house

Toilet becomes blocked very easily, doesn’t flush everything down and fills with lots of water after several flushes. Worked fine after no use overnight and now it seems blocked again, like last night. We have no tools at home to unblock.

Hi there the cistern won’t stop after it’s flushed.

Probably a 5 min fix for the qualified plumber... Need help fixing a struggling flush. Most likely linked to the fixation of the back of the toilet.

I believe it’s the floor seal. But not sure. The toilet leaks when flushed. We are in Queenscliff and would dearly like it fixed tomorrow. Tuesday. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 19 September 2023
