Hello, I’m looking for someone to replace an existing kitchen mixer tap. The new mixer tap will be supplied by me. The existing hot and cold water connections are already there and are easily accessible under the sink. They look to be in good condition, and no plumbing alterations should be required. You will have access to turn off water mains. Please note someone from airtasker already came a few weeks ago and changed the washers and made the leaking even worse. I think this could have been because they did not bring the correct washers , so maybe what they replaced eroded immediately resulting in even more dripping . The dripping has only been happening a few months before that it was fine. I am hoping tasker to bring any washers , tools or parts please as I have a very limited understanding of fixing shower leaks. Thank you. I am flexible for time it’s not urgent

Have noticed paint is blistering on an interior wall that adjoins the shower. We would like to identify the cause, and treat with re-grouting, silicon, and/or epoxy water proofing without removing the tiles if possible.

New dishwasher, sink and tap to drain and water supply

Long story short, the shower doesn’t hold back water at the door base and floods the entire bathroom. I suspect the door seals are all very old and need replacing, and a better stop solution needs to be installed. I think the small transparent barrier that is there is not enough, and the water is getting past it.

Hi there, I’m looking for a handyman or plumber to help fix a leak coming from my shower screen/door. As shown in the photos, water is leaking from the bottom corner of the shower (near the frame/glass join). It appears the current sealant has worn away or is no longer effective. When the shower is running, water leaks out onto the bathroom floor, and we currently have to use a rolled towel to stop it spreading. 🔧 What I need done: • Inspect the shower screen/door area • Remove old or damaged sealant (if required) • Reseal properly with waterproof silicone • Ensure the leak is fully stopped

Fix Toilet Making Hissing/Sucking Noise I’m looking for someone with plumbing experience to diagnose and fix my toilet cistern. Issue: * The toilet makes a constant hissing noise after flushing. * Earlier it was making intermittent “sucking” noises. * The cistern fills normally and the water stops when the float is lifted manually. * The water level sits close to the overflow. * There is no water trickling into the toilet bowl, so it doesn’t appear to be leaking through the flush valve. * Moving the cistern/lid briefly stopped the noise, but it has returned. I’m not sure if it’s the inlet/fill valve, a float adjustment, or something else. I’d like someone to inspect it, diagnose the problem, and repair it if possible.
