The sink tap water is running too slow

Upstairs townhouse toilet is blocked and downstairs toilet is slow to flush.

Install 8 valves under vicinities: - cut existing copper pipe and weld fitings. Connect new valve to fitings. The valves should be something similar to the photo. Move toilet exit pipe by 1.5m. See photo: - dig through concrete slab (30mm thick) - cut timber floor to access toilet piping - install new pipe and connect to existing. - install new pipe connector to be ready to receive future toilets. Install piping for new shower: - use existing pipe from old bathtube. - the new shower will have a rain shower from ceiling (easy access) and a hand shower on the wall. I do not supply any of the pipes, fittings or valves. If it can be done during a weekend, I will be helping. Due date: Flexible

After having tap washers changed , the force used may have been too much for the 20 year old pipe fittings, - as we now get small puddles of water dripping onto the shelf below the pipes. - Seems to come from the joint with the hot water connector with the silver flexible part. - Maybe comes from above there too. where washers were done. - And taps are harder to turn than they should be , so the washer switch was not a success , maybe needs a redo. - Due date: Flexible
