Bath tap too tight and always dripping and also kitchen sink tap too tight to close and open and dripping constantly.

I need a tap and shower head to be replaced in my bathroom as they are coming loose and will potentially break. I need someone with a plumbing experience to help replace both of it.

Review the piping and change the piping to avoid backflow and food getting stuck in S pipe. Also, dishwasher drain is lower than the water coming from the drain pipe with insinkerator so the drain pipe needs to be moved higher to avoid food getting clogged there.

The basin in our bathroom is severely clogged. Water drains very slowly and often stays pooled for a long time, as shown in the video. It seems to be blocked and needs urgent cleaning or repair
