Find an experienced plumber in Burbank

I need 2 taps installed onto copper pipe. Both do not need additional copper pipe ran, just taps installed on the pipe and fixed to wall. One was originally a tap that broke and I capped off so it will need to be soldered . The other is to disconnect from an outdoor sink. I want to put a tap there so I can remove the sink. You will also need to supply 2x brass outdoor taps.

Toilet is unable to be flushed. When I turn on the tap at the back it is slightly leaking constantly. Would like this fixed today - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 8 September 2023

Our house has 3x 30KL water tanks, feeding via pipes to a pump for our house water. We're periodically seeing the pump lose prime despite there being water in the tanks, and I'm suspecting it's either the system losing prime or the pump on the fritz (5 years old). We need a plumber to come out and: - Replace the non-return valves (we have 3x spares ready to go here) - Identify if there's any leaks in the intake lines/breaks in the pipe causing it to lose prime. - Check the pump to see if perhaps there's an issue with it Hardest part of the job will be opening the tank lids (concrete) to replace the valves. - Due date: Before Sunday, 30 July 2023
