The waterproofing has gone in all three of our bathroom showers. In one shower the tiles have cracked in the base of the shower because of this. Replace with new and more water efficient toilet suite in the same location - S trap bowl and bottom left inlet for cistern. Apply silicon to seal around base of toilet.
