Job requirements Paint Laundry - 2 coats on Walls and ceiling only. Skirting doesn’t need painting. Size 2.4m x 1.8m x 3.4m(high). Paint Bathroom - 2 coats on WALLS only. Skirting and ceiling/ cornice do not need to be painted. Size 2.4m x 3.3m x 1.4m (high above tiles). We have the dulux paint we want already.

Need ceiling painted. Quick fill of a few holes, light sand, touch up and one. Ceiling is roughly 3m x 8m Paint is not supplied but not fussed on what you use. This job does not have to be perfect it just needs to be presentable. Needs to be done tomorrow. Estimated time to complete roughly 2-4hrs

-Paint two coats (whites) of the ceiling in kitchen/lounge/dining (open plan space) -Paint will be supplied -8am start

1. require an experienced caulker to fill small gaps and nail holes around a feature wall. 2. Fill and sand ready to paint 2 x Downlight holes in ceiling. 3. Fill and sand small nail holes in wall.

Water damage to ceiling in 6 places. Most of it mild and probably just needs stain blocking and painting. One spot might need replastering (last pic). Already have left over ceiling paint.
