Paint 2 exterior brick/metal walls and timber fence in rear courtyard. Come in the morning to do the 1st coat and then come back after 2 hours to do the 2nd coat. I will supply the paint as shown in pic. You will need to have brushes, rollers and drop sheet to prevent spills on new pavers.

A patch of our wall has crumbled off, and we need it repaired on a tight budget Need someone that will do a proper job of patching it so it looks back to new, not a half assed job pls 🙏 Approx 20cm from top to bottom and about 10cm at widest section

I need a back section of my house cleaned. Predominantly it is the walls and skirting board areas. It is a textured wall so the grime shows and it extends up the whole wall. In another area of the house, I also need an intricate window cleaned. There are some mold issues with the window as well as general use build-up. Looking for quote, work done asap after April 14th. Floor plan attached. Floor to ceiling height about 3.5m Approx. 270m2 of wall and 80m2 of ceiling. Probably looking for single coat, possibly 2 if needed. We can supply paint. Current paint is old and peeling in sections. Some small cracks ~1mm that need to be filled. Ceilings are decorative set plaster. Walls mostly painted cement render.
