Include wall, ceiling, door, skirting etc internally). Attached the floor plan for you to see the size of the house. All furniture inside and curtain will be take out. Might need some touch up on the small holes due to hanging the photo frame. Living room side is cathedral ceiling, please refer to photo. The rest is flat. Must be done on Dec 2024. The old damaged plaster has been removed and replaced in two pieces. The main repair is done. It needs to be sanded and top coated. ***** Please Note the damaged area is less than 1m2***** No painting required - just sand and top coat!

Patch up plaster walls that have holes in them. There are two holes, one large, one small. Please paint when completed. Paint can be supplied.

Need 2 small dents in the corner of a plasterboard wall fixed. Need it patched, sanded and painted. (Paint supplied)
