Need all walls cleaned at a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom place. (2 stories) Not super concerned about scratch marks or hard to remove marks - just need it cleaned of grime before we start painting.

There is a small hole in our ceiling on the side of the house that needs to be sealed. I don’t have the a materials to do the job. So thought I would advertise. It’s probably a 20 minute job. No need to paint.

My small bathroom ceiling is 2.0 x 2.5m with a normal height ceiling, 2.4m. The paint is peeling on the outer rim. I need the ceiling prepared ie * thoroughly cleaned to remove residue. * then scrape off loose paint around the ceiling edge and overall. * use a roller or brush to apply a good quality primer. * use a paint for bathroom ceilings satin or semi gloss. 1 undercoat and 2 painted coats I'd want drop cloths or plastic sheets used and would want to inspect the areas for missed spots, drips and even coverage.

I am renovating my house in East Victoria Park. Its an old timber frame clad house. Not very big, but tall ceilings. We have started painting all the interior white white white to be ready for renting. However we have lots of other jobs to do too. So Im looking for someone to finish the job. Still to go - another coat on the two bedrooms. The living, kitchen and laundry and toilet havent been started. Ceilings might just need touch ups in a few spots. Id also like to paint the tiles in the toilet and the concrete laundry floor dark grey. We are using good paint - Dulux wash and wear. Please quote on what this would cost to finish off for us. Cream wooden Balustrading and green carport trim to be painted black - Carport already half done as per photos can afford 14 hours of work at $50 an hour.
