I’m looking for an experienced painter to repaint one section of the exterior of my house. The main brick wall is approximately 11m long x 2.4m high, plus the eaves and gutter along the same section. Photos attached. Scope: * Prepare and clean the existing brickwork * Scrape/remove any loose or flaking paint where required * Paint the brick walls with 2 coats of exterior masonry paint * Paint the eaves/soffit * Paint the gutter * Proper preparation of the eaves and gutter, including light sanding/scuffing where required * Protect windows, vents, paving, downpipes and surrounding areas * Neat cutting-in around windows, roofline and other edges * Clean up and remove painting waste on completion Colours Brick walls: Dulux Dieskau SN4H1, exterior low-sheen/masonry finish. Eaves & gutter: Colorbond Monument. I’m looking for a neat, professional finish, not a quick coat over the existing paint. Please include preparation, labour and painting equipment in your quote. Looking for an experienced decorative finishing specialist to update the dark red/brown brickwork to the lower portion of the front façade of my home in Lesmurdie. The brickwork wraps around the front elevation and garage walls and is approximately 900mm high in most areas. I am aiming for a lighter, more modern appearance to complement the existing white rendered walls and Manor Red roof.
