Find an experienced apartment painter in South East Perth

Looking for an experienced painter to paint my 1-bedroom apartment. The job includes painting all walls and ceilings throughout the apartment. The ceilings are quite high, so you’ll need the appropriate equipment (e.g. ladders) to complete the job safely. There are also a few minor cosmetic wall repairs required before painting, including removing a few nails/screws from the walls, filling the holes, sanding, and patching a few small dents, scuff marks, and other minor imperfections before painting. The apartment will be completely empty, with no furniture to work around, making access straightforward. The existing carpet will remain in place during painting, as it will be removed and replaced with new floorboards after the paint job is completed, so protecting the current flooring isn’t a major concern. Please provide your own tools, equipment, drop sheets, and all preparation materials. Please include all preparation work in your quote.

Repaint a 2x2 apartment not very big at all only bedrooms and living walls and ceiling to be painted. ALSO NEED A BIT OF PLASTERING TO BE DONE VERY MINIMAL

I want to freshen up the paint in an apartment in Victoria park. Patch and fill any holes. 2 coats. All walls and ceilings. Paint living room and bedroom fan blades. Semi gloss Paint skirting / architraves. Front door step needs touch up Outdoor is jarrah deck and bench seat - needs linseed oil Basic paint colours and a trade product is fine. see dimensions on attached drawing

1 bedroom apartment. Need 1 door, walls and ceilings painted. I can supply paint. Floor coverings will be getting replaced so that could make the job easier and quicker for you.

I am currently moving out of my apartment due to end of lease. There are a few walls which require a bit of plastering due to the nails which i used for the shelves and canvas hanging. The nails need to be removed properly and plastered. The walls also require a coat of existing matching paint to be applied over them. The wall paint needs to be colour matched and purchased cause i don't have it in hand. Please refer to images and notes i have provided.

Painting of walls, doors & wardrobes (external only) required of a small 2x1 South Perth apartment. Off white for the walls and white for the doors & wardrobes. Ceiling has already been done.
