A 1930's block of apartment in Middle Park needs four door entrance steps sanded to remove the old existing paint. The steps once sanded will then be stained. Steps to be stained. The width of the doorstep is about 1000mm with a depth of 250mm. One door is about 2000mm. One of the steps has already had the paint removed and just needs a preparatory sand. During working hours. Clean site and make ready for staining. Stain steps. Brushes and stain provided. No rush but ASAP. Please supply materials. Electricity provided. - Due date: Before Sunday, 16 October 2022

Paint the front of the shop window frames and second coat inside shop. - Due date: Flexible

There are 6 windows where a lock has been removed. The holes that have been left will need to be filled in and the space will need to be painted over. (I should specify that we already have the paint that matches the windows.) - Due date: Flexible

Hello, I have x2 small flat pack shelves for my office that need constructing. I’ve already started the job, but I have pressing work to complete and the shelves are sitting in my lounge room unfinished. I also have a dresser that is half painted (white). I have the paint ready. Just jobs I cannot get time to do and I would love to get them done!

2 bedroom unit to be painted with 1 coat.. 2 coats needed on downstairs ceiling

Finish off the painting on the outside of my house, particularly the gutters and detail work on the front and side- please see attached photos. I have approx 4 litres of the grey paint left, and 4 litres of the black gloss for the details.

Paint steel windows and concrete lintels above these windows. - prime and 2 coats of metal weather shield on steel frames - fill cracks, prime and 2 coats of murobond paint. The top of the lintels are about 7.5m off the ground. Paint supplied

Steel windows - all ready rust treated - paint primer 2 coats. Also paint the cement rendered lintels with primer then 2 coats. I will provide paint.

Our quality coffee table has had some wear and tear and needs some loving attention from a skilled woodworker. Its a beautiful timber (Australian hardwood of some sort) and the table has been hand crafted with steel frame. The job entails carefully sanding back the timber to remove some small scratches and marks, and then re-sealing (no staining required). Currently has an oil based seal but open to options there. We are near St Kilda - can drop off to within reasonable range if required. This is a job for someone who loves working with timber and knows how to bring out its beauty. Dimensions are 1120 long 680 wide and 420 high I’ve attached a few pictures to show you upper surface, lower side, and a detail of the surface requiring repair (principally the top - legs are pretty good)
