Job to sand back and re-varnish three Cyprus pine verandah posts. Minimum two coats, particularly north and west facing sides. We have the varnish already, so it would really only be the labour for a couple of coats 12 hours apart to allow for drying time. Not urgent. Dates very flexible, but preferably mid-week.

Need my deck sanded and prepped and then stain applied. Looking at 30sqm deck and 15 sqm boardwalk running adjacent. I do also have a fence which needs love and happily discuss if the job is wanted. The fence is double sided merbeu veneered. - Due date: Before Sunday, 29 January 2023

I am painting some walls on the inside of my home, only basic painting skills required. Several days work available Between 24th and 30th November. $25 p/hr cash. - Due date: Flexible

Paint 1 medium sized bedroom - walls, ceiling, skirting boards and built in robe doors (outside only). Room is 13.2m2 approx. (3.4m x 3.9m) Height of walls 2.6m One large new PVC window will be installed prior to painting. This does not need painted. All paint provided. One colour (white). We would like to have this deck sanded back completely, including sides and in grooves. So that none of this stain remains. Pics are from when first installed two years ago. rough size is 5m x 5.5m. Located Greensborugh. Looking for someone experienced who can bring all own equipment. Would like done ASAP. Sanding of a 6 metre x 5 metre deck and sides of deck ( roughly 25cm high ) There is a heavy prickly pair in a pot that needs to be moved first. I have a few holes in my walls at home that I require fixing so I can then paint, as we have a house inspection on the 8th September. Looking to have the work completed before Monday 5th. The photo next to doorway is the largest hole, currently covered by a picture the frame is 61cm × 91cm if that gives you an idea of the holes size, the rest are smaller but still moderate size. - Due date: Before Tuesday, September 6, 2022

I need an experienced painter who has a great attention to details to paint my existing old cabinets (all the kitchen cabinets in the photo). I need two rounds if primer and one or two rounds of top coat to be applied. The job includes taking the doors iff, sanding all the frames and doors, cleaning them, corrections, filling all the gaps, primer and too coat.
