I tried to sand and stain my stair case, but after sanding down the worst affected areas and applying stain, it didn’t quite work. (See pictures) I need a professional to come and fix the affected stairs for me. (4-5) I used brown Japan stain from feast Watson, which looks great where the stain has worked I’m not sure if I missed a step, given the areas I sanded heavily didn’t stain, but I need someone to help me touch up these areas and stain the remaining stairs. I don’t need the staircase redone, and we don’t mind a bit of inconsistency overall. Just a few stairs to be touched up professionally, and the rest to be stained as relatively closely as possible. 13 stairs in total. I have 2 older style windows. They don't open and I would like them to be able to open.
