The tricky part is that the room has got high ceiling. The task is to clean the wall and ceiling, we think it will take and hour and 30mn maximum, maybe much less. We can provide a ladder. The person will need to provide the cleaning products for the task. We don't live at the property but we can be there on Saturday afternoon.

The kitchen cabinets have melamine coating which is getting peeled off and I was thinking to replace that with paint.
