You will need to use the high pressure gun (I can provide it) to clean the decking first then put a coat on it, you will need appropriate kills and tools, and provide the material in the picture. Deck sanding to three areas totally approx 50m2 - Due date: Flexible

I have a 10m squared deck (1.5m x 5.5m) that I would need sanded and stained (2 coats). I will supply the stain and tools required for staining. I have already sanded an area around 2m squared but my sander broke. You will need a powerful sander as the the deck is made of very old hard wood. This is the front porch of a Californian bungalow.

48 square meters. Plus 9 stairs runs approx 1.2 meters wide. All need sanding back. Has glass pool fences approx 10 meters which will require hand or small hand machine to sand back. Some moving of furniture - can assist ( 5-10 mins to clear) Can supply deck oil Expect you to have or hire sander expect sanding and applicator or brushes one coat I day - second coat following day ( or within few days eg. Monday )

Deck needs a light clean before being stained and refreshed. Square meterage: 12m squared

The wrong product was used on our deck to treat it. We need the boards sanded back to the whiter colour and the boards treated for weather. We do not have the product but can buy it if told what we need. The space is about 25-30 square meters.

Brush on detergent, Pressure wash deck approximately 4.8x1.8m all tools supplied, you just need whatever wet protective gear you like. Must be 9am Saturday 6th Feb. Estimate 2-3 hrs
