There are several wooden doors in a newly constructed building, located between the living area and the bathroom. The lower part of the doors, close to the floor, has been damaged due to moisture. The wood has started to peel and the paint has come off in those areas. In addition, one of the door locks has become loose and needs to be repaired. The damaged wooden sections need to be scraped or sanded, and then repainted with a matching color. However, we currently do not have the matching paint available.

No need to paint the tiles in the shower space. The silicone around the basins and walls will be removed before you start, so you’ll have clean edges to work with. It might need a layer of render first? I’m not sure if the process? One side has a feature beam that needs to be left exposed.
