Looking for an experienced painter/handyman to repair and repaint a bathroom and fix several wall cracks around the house. Photos attached. Bathroom: Treat/remove mould from walls, ceiling, cornices and window/vent areas. Scrape all peeling/flaking paint. Patch damaged plaster and sand smooth. Apply suitable mould/stain-blocking primer. Apply 2 coats of bathroom-specific mould/moisture-resistant paint to walls and suitable bathroom ceiling paint. Include cornices and ceiling access panel. Wall cracks: Repair several visible plaster cracks around door frames/walls/cornices. Properly open/prepare cracks where required, fill with suitable plaster/flexible compound, use mesh/tape if necessary, sand smooth and touch up with matching paint. Please advise before proceeding if any crack appears structural or caused by significant movement rather than normal plaster cracking. Quote to include labour and materials, preparation, minor plaster repairs and clean-up.

Need the upper walls of my bathroom + toilet + few extra walls painted in Dulux Highland Green low sheen. Ceiling and cornices in Ceiling White. Architraves in an oil paint that is TBD, open to suggestions else I'll decide by tomorrow. Basic patchwork has/will be done but feathering and sanding to a smooth finish will need to be done by painter. EXTRA NON BATHROOM WALLS INCLUDE: An unobstructed basic 3 small hallway walls that wont require much preparation (in pics currently cyan) A TV feature wall that I will dismount the tv for tomorrow (in pics currently cyan) A half wall kitchen island that I've already half painted a highland green sample on. Hi there, I have a single wall in an apartment that needs a bit of fixing. The wall already has two coats of paint, but might need a bit of sanding and a third coat due to visible flashing and lap marks looking from the side, as well as cleaning up the boarders. I have paint, tape, and drop sheets onsite. You will need to bring your own brushes, roller and tray. Thank you.
