A long term tenant has just moved out, there’s a mould out break which I’m getting cleaned but the bathroom walls & ceiling and adjacent bedroom ceilings need scraping and repainting in a mould resistant paint. It’s a 1 bed unit on the ground floor and an old building with no exhaust fan in the bathroom)very hard to put one in. Bedroom is carpeted and furnished so care needs to be taken. Photos are of bathroom ceiling, bedroom not as bad but flaking and needs painting.
