I have just moved house and the real estate has asked that I repair some minor scratches on the staircase wall and four other areas where there’s been minor scuffing / marks on walls. Very minor work. I don’t have the paint colour and would need to be able to provide a quote w ABN for real estate.

Need someone to assist us climbing a ladder to wash and clean down walls and ceiling in our living area kitchen. 10ft ceilings. - Due date: Flexible

Remove wall paper from one feature wall which is peeling; white set the wall; sand the wall; repaint the wall. Price to include materials. Prior to the application of paint, any accumulation of dirt, dust, grease or other foreign matter will be removed by appropriately washing, scraping, wire brushing or sanding to provide a sound base substrate for repainting. Minor surface cracks and holes will be filled and sanded. All bare areas will be primed and undercoated as required to provide a sound surface for the application of the finish coat. All surfaces will then be finish coated with the following materials, in existing colours. Only premium grade and professional products will be used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. Up to 3 coats will be applied as a minimum. The surface is a plasterboard walls. Materials: low sheen acrylic. Licence and Insurance Certificate must be provided prior to commencing work.

Really simple job of plastering over tiny screw holes x20 and painting over it. Shouldn’t need more than a litre of paint which costs between $30 and $50 at Bunnings You’ll need to have paint colour cards and pop over initially to match the colour before you buy Then a little putty is needed to smooth over and a little paint to go over that. Roughly 20-30 screw holes in total to do.

Wall paper to be removed in each room. We have a number of rooms that we need to remove wall paper in preparation to be painted. House is empty and task can be completed anytime this week before the end of the week. 3 rooms including hallway etc. - Due date: Before Sunday, 9th Jan 2022
