High ceiling plasterer needed

Replace 1x fibre cement sheet (approx 300mm x 130mm) roof cladding and paint white. Note: roof height is 8m

I require an empty apartment (vacant no furniture) to have walls and trims painted. There should be approx 4-6 screw holes to fill, no large holes. No ceiling painting required, no painting required in bathrooms or laundry. I have the name of the Dulux paint shade to match current colour. The ceiling is covered in spraytan residue even though have filters so needs to be firstly cleaned off then painted in dark grey paint (I have the paint)
