Need someone to assist with the following maintenance required around the house. Four bedroom brick house built late 70s. It's difficult to quote fixed price from photos, so would be better on time and materials basis, hourly or daily rate. Ideally someone with carpentry skills as priority task is to replace fascia boards on the front of house, and replace 5x upright timber posts on the porch. Looking for someone who is experienced, reliable, and efficient as I know what needs to be done, but with 6 kids and both parents working full time...... I'm a little time poor. I'm not expecting perfection, but if I'm paying you then I would expect a better job than I could do myself. Look for a qualified handyman / maintenance person (with a WWCC) to do jobs around the house. Needs to be done on or before Friday. Jobs include replacing door handles, re-caulking and grouting some small areas, fixing a wardrobe door. Maybe 3-4 hours of work.

I’m a handyman myself, just needing an extra set of hands to help with some bathroom maintenance work (applying grout) as I’ve hurt my back. It’s a small area, won’t take more than an hour.
