Nordictrack T20.5 treadmill. All electronics work fine but the belt has stopped working. Can anyone repair this ?

I need the black plastic insert changed and fixed on a ceiling fixture so the globe can be inserted. The black plastic snapped off along with the globe after something hit it. The part is a $10 part (which I don’t have) but I need an electrician to install.

My front door is having an issue where it keeps “locking” and not opening properly, even though the lock itself has just been replaced. It doesn’t seem to be a lock issue. The handle turns, but sometimes the door won’t open and feels stuck. It may be a latch, alignment, hinge or strike plate issue – I’m not sure. I’m looking for someone experienced with door/lock repairs to: • Diagnose the cause • Adjust/fix alignment if needed • Repair or replace any faulty mechanism • Make sure the door opens and closes smoothly and reliably

Permanent fixtures needed to hang some quite heavy and large art pieces. Some not so heavy or large. But I want to be able to move the pieces when needed, so all need to be able to hold the heavier ones. 5 x inside pictures 1 x inside key hanger 2 x outside on the deck - would need a drill/screw that could go into brick (see picture) You would provide everything needed i.e. the drill, the right type of screws to make permanent fixtures in the walls etc. A level etc. After work Monday to Friday or early on a weekend day. No rush, but want the job done properly :)
