The job includes: Remove affected skirting boards and door trims to access the damaged plaster. Remove and replace water-damaged plasterboard. Replace skirting boards and door trims as required. Patch, sand and prepare all repaired surfaces for painting. Colour-match and paint the repaired walls, skirting boards and door trims for a neat, consistent finish. Our sliding door needs a slider attached on the bottom, the door itself might need to be replaced, can assess that when you’re here. I think the top roller might be damaged, but might just need to be put back on the slider and have a bottom one added. With the bin, same story pretty much it’s come off the slider. It’s leaning out instead of sliding out, and the whole thing can fall out. It’s been repaired before, but a cleaner has broken it.

Toilet seat in the bathroom is loose. I removed the seat and found that one of the fixing bolts is loose and just spins when I try to tighten it. It also won’t come out easily. Looking for someone to remove/replace the faulty fixing and securely reinstall the toilet seat so it doesn’t move. Please see attached photos. Sliding door rollers need replacing as it’s getting stuck and doesn’t open easily . Need to get the rollers too as nit sure what type of rollers it has

Looking for someone to install/fix a roller blind bracket securely to the wall. I already have the roller blind and all the required parts/brackets, I just need someone with the right tools to drill and fix the bracket to the wall properly. The blind itself then just slots into the bracket. The current bracket (pictured; in black), is broken. Should be a quick, straightforward job for someone skilled at general wall mounting.
