Prepare all surfaces ready for painting (sanding, setting, smoothing as required) Dispose of all removed materials (old skirting, waste, etc.) Materials: Skirting boards supplied All other materials (plaster, compounds, fixings, etc.) and tools to be provided by you Additional info: We will handle painting, so finish just needs to be paint-ready Timing: Flexible, but ideally within the next week or so.

Looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to help with a few door installs at my place in Wavell Heights. Jobs include: • Install door handles on 2 bedroom doors • Install lock on 1 cavity slider door • Install handle + lock on front door • Install handle + lock on back door

Install two toilet roll holders into tile and fix minor downpipe issues as pictured

Door handle has fallen off and needs to be replaced. This includes the handle and the lock which is separate.

Hi all editing this for clarity sorry for lack of information. Ideally I was keen to pay someone for half a day's work. There are: external items - clothes line, 2 x timber boards with hooks (for towels) to go up in car port. Then inside: 1 x clothes line that folds up on wall (small) 1 x large (quite heavy) rectancular mirror 2 x small gold mirrors (one light as feather, other older style so quite heavy) Then there's at least 15 artworks from tiny to large. This is a decent half day work for an experienced tradie or handyman/woman. We moved into our renovated home a few weeks ago but now need to get things up on the walls. Mirrors, paintings, clothes line (one inside - sml, and one outside on the side of house - large). Then we also have a few door stops to attach to wall and hooks.

The door was detached to the hinge. Hinge might need to be replaced.

Our internal sliding door has come off the track making it difficult to slide.

The first job is simply to remove and replace the fly screen on the front security screen. I have the replacement gauze and magnetic tape/ connections. The second part is to look to replace latches on casement windows post the installation of plantation shutters in two bedrooms

I have a front metal gate that is lockable, but one wall it is attached to has sunk a little and it’s around 5mm to small to close, so doesn’t currently close or lock.

I had to purchase a bigger AV rack because the AV receiver was too big. I need to reassemble the older smaller rack + shelves, may need some wooden bracing to support its weight - if I ever put a server in it. Connect it to RJ45 cable. Also, I need some adjustment of shelves in the bigger AV rack to enable better airflows over amplifiers that get hot. DON’T QUOTE for the task until I can make sure that all the pieces are available to mount the AV/ Server box. About 45 to 60 cm tall.
