The hinge on the toilet seat cover needs to be fixed. The material on left side is missing. See photo attached. This is for bond refund.

With much force we can slide it but too much force will remove the door from the railing, it might need sliding rubber change or greasing! 2. toilet seat lid came off from one end. 3. wardrobe partition that needs to be fixed 4. Dishwasher needs to be repaired

Toilet Seat Hinge Issue – Needs Repair or Replacement The toilet seat is loose due to an issue with the mounting hinges. As shown in the attached photos: One or both of the hinge caps at the back of the toilet seat (the round stainless steel fittings) appear to be unstable or not fully secured to the porcelain base. The plastic anchor pegs underneath the hinges may not be locking properly or could be worn out, causing the seat to shift during use. The entire seat shifts or feels unstable when sat on, indicating that the mounting is no longer secure. I’m need of assistance to have it inspected and either tightened securely, or the hinges and/or mounting system replaced entirely if they are stripped or damaged. Please advise on next steps or if a professional can attend to fix or replace it. Thank you 😊

The hinge where the toilet seat is raised and lowered from has displaced an cracked - in not sure if it needs replacing or can be fixed.

I need the toilet seat changed, I have purchased a new one. Also my ring camera outside is too high up for me to change. I have a recharged battery ready to swap in. Finally, I have 2 skylights that are on a flat verandah roof that need to be cleaned. A handy person would probably suit these jobs. If cleaning skylights throws people off the job, I'm happy to just get the toilet and camera done. It would be a bonus if all three jobs could be done.

A caroma branded toilet seat has come away from its hinges. This job entails fixing it with the existing pieces, or repurchasing the caroma parts for reimbursement and installing. I have a Bunnings one minute from my place. You must have your own tools. An invoice is required to finish this task, outlining all costs associated. No invoice? Job can’t be marked as completed.
