I would like to install a non-electric bidet toilet seat on my toilet that has an in wall cistern.

I have two rechargeable lamps, that just need to be put together and then drilled into the side of my cabinet on either side of the bed. It's a really easy job. I have 2 toilet seat covers that need replacing. Unfortunately I don’t have the tool nor can measure size of the nut that holds the seat cover on. I can only assume 10mm.
