Toilet seat cover need to get fixed. It may be tightening the screws or replacing the whole seat cover.

The storm door won’t latch without jiggling the handle a lot and keeps getting left open because if you let it close on its own; it usually will not latch. Also toilet seat won’t stay up I think both need adjusting but don’t know how to do on my own.

Looking for an experienced handyman to help with a few small repair tasks in my home: Fix sliding door in bedroom WIR (Walk-in Robe): The timber sliding door is getting jammed halfway — likely needs adjustment or realignment on the track. Fix a wobbly toilet seat: Toilet seat has become loose and needs to be securely re-tightened or possibly re-mounted. Toilet Seat Hinge Issue – Needs Repair or Replacement The toilet seat is loose due to an issue with the mounting hinges. As shown in the attached photos: One or both of the hinge caps at the back of the toilet seat (the round stainless steel fittings) appear to be unstable or not fully secured to the porcelain base. The plastic anchor pegs underneath the hinges may not be locking properly or could be worn out, causing the seat to shift during use. The entire seat shifts or feels unstable when sat on, indicating that the mounting is no longer secure. I’m need of assistance to have it inspected and either tightened securely, or the hinges and/or mounting system replaced entirely if they are stripped or damaged. Please advise on next steps or if a professional can attend to fix or replace it. Thank you 😊
