Looking for an experienced handyman or blind/roller shutter technician to repair a cream aluminum window-style roller shutter used on a garage. The shutter motor is whirring and fully functional. I had to open it and slowly lower the shutters which resulted in partial snap of shutter as per photo. Scope of work includes: Inspecting and straightening/re-aligning the vertical side tracking channels where the jam occurred. Re-threading the detached bottom rail back onto the aluminum shutter curtain. Checking the side alignment clips (V-clips) on the lower slats to ensure smooth, level tracking. Testing the operation to ensure it glides up and down without binding. (If possible, this shutter does not have a remote, if you are able to help with this as well) Please see the attached photos showing the detached slat and the current state of the shutter.

Was installed by Airtasker. Has fallen off day after. Need it properly installed.

Safely dismantle the head + armature, cut post flush at ground level and remove all waste from site.

Reattach Kitchen cornices - 2 pieces as shown in the pictures. Cornices to be attached to Kitchen joinery and ceiling. Cornice edges may need to be sanded down as existing dried filler is still attached. Tasker is to bring their own nails, adhesive and filler.

In need of someone experienced with roller shutter repairs to fix a shutter that is not working properly. The shutter motor located on ground floor is not responding to the remote. Require someone to repair or replace any faulty parts and ensure the shutter opens and closes smoothly after repair
