Seeking professional repair of leaking buried reticulation pipe in my back yard & fix up of some poorly functioning retic outlets in my front yard. I’ve lifted pavers to expose the leak in the buried hose, so I know exactly where it is - small section needs replacement.

I need a door removed and replaced. I have bought the new door. It will need to be shaved a few mm, painted and the handle from the old door reinstalled. Old door: 2025x619x34mm New door: 2040x620x35mm

I require someone to fix safe to wall/floor in attic. There are Timbers behind and below where the fixing points are. Safe is already in place where it needs to be fixed and all fixing hardware is supplied. Please refer to photos.
