Replace the exterior, white, wood window frames on 3x large windows & the matching 3x smaller windows above. Full frames may not need replacing as the wood rot is mainly in the bottom section of each window frame. So a wood rot assessment of all window frames along this exterior stretch is required! Also a set of separate French doors (rot issue is again only at the bottom) and its bottom area frame replaced or repaired….bottom RHS). Let me know if budget needs increasing or better still come out to quote accurately and provide options?

I’m looking to see how much it would be to have a table lamp from North America (120v) rewired to Australia electrical specifications. I also have an Australian table lamp with “faulty wiring” that I might want fixed too.

I need to remove bolts that have snapped off from a clothes line in a wall in the backyard. I need the new bolts installed to hang the clothesline. Bolts provided. I also need to drill a shoe rack into the wall. I have the drill and screw. It will be into a concrete wall.

Have assembled bike yet the front break looks to be installed the wrong way around so needs to be flipped so Handel bar break can be connected. Hopefully someone is in the area to pop by and do what I think will be a quick fix. Thanks

I would like an existing picket side gate moved to a new location in the side passage of the property, two kayak hanging supports bolted to an external brick wall (hangers will arrive on Tuesday 16 September) and two small picket gates uninstalled and removed.

I've just moved into a ground floor apartment and I've noticed that when noise comes through from the foyer, it’s quite loud.
