Roller shutter has gone up on a 2nd level and won't come down with internal strap release. Will need a ladder to reach to 2nd level. Likely to just need the shutter guided back on track.

Hi, I have automatic roller shutter operated with RF remote control. It is an Acmeda Automate ARC shutter with DC2708 V1.0 remote control. The roller shutter is not working properly - it only opens to about half way up. The shutter rolls all the way down so it closes though. I tried to reprogram it to adjust the travel limits but it didnt work. The motor seems fine and responsive and the shutter curtain moves up and down smoothly with no issues apart from it stopping on the UP travel. I'm not sure if it just needs the travel limits reset or there is some other issue with shutter like corrupted control system etc.
