I’m exiting a rental and need two small repairs completed: 1. Wall repair – A 3M adhesive strip pulled off a small section of paint/plasterboard. Needs patching, sanding, and repainting so it blends with the existing wall (see photo). 2. The outlet itself works fine; just needs the plate refitted securely and the wall behind tidied so it sits flush (no electrical work required). Standard internal painted wall. I have a cracked ceramic wall tile at the base of a bathroom wall (approx. 300–600 mm wide damage at the bottom edge) that needs cosmetic repair.
