Had a shelf come off the wall in my hall cupboard - would like these holes patched and painted.

Need an experienced and trustworthy handyman to safely remove existing bidet and replace with normal toilet seat (have yet to purchase- I will purchase). The bidet cannot be damaged in any way and must remain in its current condition as we are renting. Ideally get it done on Weds 15 April, however flexible with time to get it done after.

I’m exiting a rental and need two small repairs completed: 1. Wall repair – A 3M adhesive strip pulled off a small section of paint/plasterboard. Need to change 4 door knobs into other ones WITH LOCKS(lock from both inside and outside) as similar as possible. Or it looks the same when change back to original knobs after a few years. Since I’m renting and would like some privacy from my future roommate just in case. Thanks!

I have a cracked ceramic wall tile at the base of a bathroom wall (approx. 300–600 mm wide damage at the bottom edge) that needs cosmetic repair. There are also minor wall dents / chips in painted plasterboard elsewhere that require patching and touch-up. I do not have spare tiles. All materials will need to be supplied by the tasker.
