Hi, I have a second hand Irvin bullbar with fitting kit (brackets + bolts) to mount on my Subaru Forester 2012 SH . It will require some cutting on the front end, but the fitting itself should be otherwise pretty easy - it has to be mounted to the bumper frame on the main body. Check out the pics, I have the bolts but I didn't take a pic of them. Do you do that? if yes, would you be able to give me a quote for it?

Repair two small patches of damaged render on our neighbour's side of our boundary fence - damage caused by drilling through the fence to install a gate on our side. The render has popped out in two <10cm circles around the drill points. See photos to show the damage. We will need to coordinate access with the neighbour to repair, but I will pay for the job. We are a children's charity situated opposite HBF Park helping vulnerable children and young people living with middle ear disease and hearing loss. One of our smoke alarms needs the batteries changed and we do not have a ladder tall enough to do this ourselves (we have high ceilings in our clinic offices). Can you help by popping in this week with your ladder? We have the batteries. The chirping sound is interfering with the hearing tests we conduct on newborns and infants. I need a licensed electrician to install a ceiling fan remote control receiver. The receiver has quick connector ends, but whoever has installed the fan originally has stripped the quick connector off and directly attached the power lines and motor lines to the receiver.

Need to drill 6 holes on a fence top cover ( see photo the red square part ) to hang my plant pots. The cover is kind of aluminium I think. Essential you have your own tool and steel drill bit.

A safe was removed from our wall and left us with a hole. We need Gyprock cut to size and patched or bricks to infil. Something to tidy it up today before we move out. We weren’t aware it was there (behind a picture) and now it is on us to fix it!!!

Our tenant and neighbour have complained that the door is very noisy when it closes. If that can be remedied that would be our preference as the lock has been made the same as the door + we prefer to repair rather than replace given our need to minimise the use of the Earth's precious resources. I have 5 brand new Bunnings door to install on existing frames. It might require a bit of patching before fix the hinges to the frame. Doors have been cut on specs, so they won’t require sending.
