I need someone to fix my Sunbeam barista max, it’s leaking when I make coffee and the steam wand is putting out water

I have an outdoor alfresco ceiling that has started to sag/sink and needs inspection and repair. Looking for someone experienced with plasterboard/gyprock ceilings to: • Assess the cause (possible water damage or fixing failure) • Re-secure or replace the affected ceiling section • Ensure it is safe and structurally sound • Patch and finish ready for painting (or include painting if you can) Alfresco is attached to the house and easily accessible. Have a small crack in bath approx 20cmx20cm. Had it sealed however now mouldy and unsure if still waterproof. Please fix/repair/paint whatever to make it waterproof again if possiblt

I have vertical blinds on a sliding door and several of the hooks/clips inside the headrail are broken, so some of the slats don’t rotate or close properly. At the moment I have to pull each one individually. I need someone to replace the broken clips/hangers so the blinds open and close smoothly again.
