Had a pot plant that leaked water onto the floor, needs a little sand and coating reapplied. Also have about a 1-2m squared section of flooring that has indented scratch marks from my dogs running out of the house that needs fixing. Will need to be sanded as their nails have indented the floor boards but happy for the water mark to be fixed and the dog scratches left for a renegotiated price if the dog scratches are too much of an undertaking or the fixer doesn't have the means necessary.

We have two pieces of metal hardware to be fitted to a pool deck made of stone tiles. The first is a curved metal handrail with two feet that need to be attached to the deck surface with a total of six 10×75mm masonry bolts (3 per foot). We have the rail and the six DynaBolts, but we aren’t sure if the bolts are the best choice for this application, and we do not have the necessary tools or expertise to drill the holes and secure the bolts into the stone of the pool deck. We are also not sure of how close to the edge of the deck it is safe to drill the holes for the bolts without risk of cracking the stone. This is a metal socket that needs to be glued into a 1-inch hole in the pool deck with cement adhesive.
