Recommendations from insurance • Replace roof sheet or install drypan flashing over the penetrations from the old solar ducting • Replace deteriorating / split dektites • Install drypan flashings to all penetrations • Ensure capping lap joints are under sealed with silicone • Over seal blind rivet heads to capping’ - delete the basketball hoop and either replace roof sheet or install dry pan flashing over penetrations from old fixings

Need someone experienced with painting to paint some children’s shelving. Paint supplied but do not have the brushes. Can pay extra if you have new ones. Also need some garage shelving put together. And some items moved. 4-5 hrs work, can add extra if needed
