The faucet under the kitchen sink is leaking, and the tap is also loose. The leak is from the tap connection with the hose water connector, which is under the sink.

New kitchen sink install required, old sink already removed. Old pipe work will need to be altered slightly. New sink has had all the wires and fitting setup already. Simply need the old Copper piping altered to fit to the new. It’s currently sitting too high for the sink to be dropped into the bench top. Price is negotiable

Two Tasks: 1. Request for quote to properly fix / tighten chrome kitchen sink mixer tap which is loose and cannot be rotated without movement. Property is currently tenanted. Will need to schedule a day/time. 2. Quote to check and fix garage door which is not closing fully, leaving a small gap when it is closed with a remote. When closing with a remote, it does not go all the way down.

Plumb in the kitchen tap outlet (may have to lower the outlet down the wall, also bins need to fit and they will sit higher in drawer than the pic shows once in their drawer). Remove taps on wall and in install new one on sink. Cold water for dishwasher. Plumb washing machine in the laundry and fit the new toilet cistern. The kitchen cabinets are not installed yet, pictures are current.

I need assistance with a small repair in my kitchen. There is a hole near the kitchen sink (please see attached picture) that needs to be properly sealed to prevent water leakage and potential damage.
