I am looking for options and costs of installing a dog door. The door is the old wooden style, but it could do with some refurbishment (see photos) - I don't know if that's possible, also happy without. there is a fly screen door but that can be propped open as I imagine it's easier to do the one door rather than both. It's for a mini sausage dog who will end up being around 7kg, so fairly small size. I am happy to reimburse for the door or purchase one and do some research on sizes. Thank you

we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). The bottom left hinge has come off and the gate won’t swing - think it just needs to be re-bolted, but please see pictures.
