Four doors upstairs in townhouse will both stay closed as handle mechanism is not clicking into place. Doors are unable to stay closed

I need help to neatly cut and trim 3 blinds and to reinstall them in Heidelberg

Urgent- Ceiling has water leak from balcony above. Need plaster come in and re plaster the ceiling and paint it. Task want complete before this Sunday.

I'm currently building a timber deck and need a fire rated wall built between the deck and our neighbours fence. There is about a 250mm distance between side of deck and fence line. Fixings can be used to connect timber to garage wall but will be needed to be framed behind cement sheet. Photos attached. I have the cement sheet at the location so only requiring installation and pine timber to frame wall. Looking at getting this done sooner than later and need to be a qualified carpenter with experience in using this product.

Repair/ replace hinges to linen cupboard and replace toilet seat and cover. We don’t have replacement hinges or seat.

Garage door handle & lock opens & closes BUT the latch is faulty (as we had to cut off a bit to open the door, as dented as someone drove into it! Omg :( plus concrete driveway has lifted due to tree roots so that concrete might need grinding back a bit. Oh we need a new lock (as dont seem to have a key) are you able to help with that also? Pipes under our kitchen sink are leaking and we’re not sure of the exact cause. We suspect it might be related to the Puretec water filter that’s installed. Looking for an experienced plumber or handyman to inspect the area, find the source of the leak, and repair it.

Install 2 hand towel rails into porcelain wall tiles (pictured), to match one existing rail. Have been advised it’ll take a diamond drill bit. Looking for someone neat, tidy and careful.

Not sure whether this is the right place to ask, but had good experience. Essentially 3 of our doors are just slightly out of line and need correcting. They have magnetic latches and aren’t catching correctly and one scrapes along the carpet.

Repair a pinhole leak in some old copper pipe. (or replace the section if that's faster/easier/cheaper) Located along an exterior wall. Undercover and well-lit in case somebody wants to do it after hours. I've removed the decking boards around it to give you decent access. I think the mains pressure is ok and it's probably just old pipe, but happy to take your advice on installing a pressure reducing valve if you reckon it's a case of pressure causing pitting.

White lines is the paint from walls. I will also attach a few close up photos.Need someone to fix them ASAP.Dresser repair .
